For your Eggless Cake to be wonderful, use the ingredients mentioned below and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 and a half cups of sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter

  • 1 glass of milk (200ml)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soup

Directions

  • In a bowl, beat the sugar and margarine or butter until smooth.
  • Add the flour and milk to the mixture.
  • Add the yeast to the dough and mix slowly until well mixed and homogeneous.
  • Grease a round cake pan and sprinkle with a little flour.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Notes

  • To make the cake fluffier, beat the ingredients for longer.
  • You can add other ingredients to the dough, such as chocolate powder, dried fruit or fresh fruit.
  • To make a chocolate cake, add 2 cups of chocolate powder to the batter.
