3 cups of wheat flour
1 and a half cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
1 glass of milk (200ml)
1 teaspoon baking soup
Directions
- In a bowl, beat the sugar and margarine or butter until smooth.
- Add the flour and milk to the mixture.
- Add the yeast to the dough and mix slowly until well mixed and homogeneous.
- Grease a round cake pan and sprinkle with a little flour.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Notes
- To make the cake fluffier, beat the ingredients for longer.
- You can add other ingredients to the dough, such as chocolate powder, dried fruit or fresh fruit.
- To make a chocolate cake, add 2 cups of chocolate powder to the batter.
