Ingredients
4 large onions
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg

- Peel the onions and cut them into rings approximately 1/2 cm thick.
- Place the onion rings in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Add a tablespoon of oil and let soak for 30 minutes. This will help reduce the bitterness of the onion.

- In another bowl, beat the egg and milk.
- Drain the onion rings and dip them first in the flour mixture and then in the egg and milk mixture.
