For your Blender Bread to be wonderful, follow the step-by-step preparation method to make it work!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 and 1/4 cup warm milk (approximately 40°C)

  • 1/4 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 sachet of dry yeast (10 g)

Directions

  • Put the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and salt in the blender and beat for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and gradually add the wheat flour, mixing well with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the yeast and mix until incorporated.
  • Place the dough in a greased and floured mold and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
