Ingredients
2 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup warm milk (approximately 40°C)
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 pinch of salt
3 cups wheat flour
1 sachet of dry yeast (10 g)
Directions
- Put the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and salt in the blender and beat for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and gradually add the wheat flour, mixing well with a wooden spoon.
- Add the yeast and mix until incorporated.
- Place the dough in a greased and floured mold and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
