Blender’s Salted Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk 
- 3 eggs 
- 1/2 cup oil 
- 2 cups of wheat flour 
- 1 tablespoon powdered yeast 
- Salt to taste 
- 1 chopped onion 
- 2 minced garlic cloves 
- 1 chopped tomato 
- 1 can of drained peas 
- 1 can of drained corn 
- 200g shredded cheese (mozzarella, dish or other of your choice) 
- 200g of chopped ham 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Oregano to taste 
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional) 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a rectangular or round shape with butter or oil.
- In the blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
- Beat well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the chopped tomato and sauté for a few more minutes.
- Add the green corn, peas, ham and cheese to the stew in the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
- Mix well and turn off the heat.
- Pour half of the dough from the blender into the greased form and spread the filling over it.
- Cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until the pie is golden and firm.
- Do the toothpick test: if when inserting it in the center of the pie it comes out clean, it means it’s ready.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
- If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
