To make your Blender Chicken Pie perfect, use the ingredients from the list below.

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • Filling
  • 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup peas (optional)

  • 1/2 cup green corn (optional)

  • Salt and spices to taste (black pepper, paprika, oregano, etc.)

  • Chopped parsley to taste

  • Chopped olives to taste

  • Grated cheese for sprinkling

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature).
  • In the blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, baking powder and salt. 
    Beat everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the onion, garlic, tomato, green corn, peas, seasonings of your choice, parsley and olives.
  • Season with salt to taste and mix well.
  • In a greased and infarcted shape, pour half the blender mass.
  • Spread the chicken filling over the dough.
  • Cover the filling with the rest of the dough.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over the pie.
  • Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
