Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 can of drained peas

  • 1 can of drained corn

  • 200g shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 200g of chopped ham

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped parsley to taste

  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (average temperature) and grease a pie tin with butter or oil.
  • In the blender, place the milk, eggs, oil, wheat flour, yeast and salt.
  • Beat well until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
  • In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until golden.
  • Add the diced tomato and sauté for a few more minutes until it starts to break down.
  • Add the corn, peas, ham and mozzarella.
  • Season with salt, pepper, oregano and parsley to taste. 
    Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  • Pour half of the blender mass into the greased form.
  • Spread the stuffing over the dough in the form.
  • Cover the filling with the remaining batter from the blender, making sure it is evenly distributed.
  • Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
