Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
2 minced garlic cloves
1 can of drained peas
1 can of drained corn
200g shredded mozzarella cheese
200g of chopped ham
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Oregano to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (average temperature) and grease a pie tin with butter or oil.
- In the blender, place the milk, eggs, oil, wheat flour, yeast and salt.
- Beat well until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until golden.
- Add the diced tomato and sauté for a few more minutes until it starts to break down.
- Add the corn, peas, ham and mozzarella.
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano and parsley to taste.
Stir well to mix all ingredients. - Pour half of the blender mass into the greased form.
- Spread the stuffing over the dough in the form.
- Cover the filling with the remaining batter from the blender, making sure it is evenly distributed.
- Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
