Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar (tea)
1 cup of milk (tea)
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
7 bananas
Directions
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil until smooth.
- Add the wheat flour and chemical yeast and beat for a few more seconds.
- Turn off the blender and add the chopped bananas.Â
Beat for a few more seconds to incorporate. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Notes
- For a moister cake, use very ripe bananas.
- You can add other ingredients to the dough, such as chocolate, nuts, chestnuts or coconut.
- For a cake with a crispier texture, bake in a high oven for about 20 minutes.
