600 grams of rump
1 dessert spoon of homemade seasoning (or crushed garlic and salt)
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 sour cream
140 grams of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 coffee spoon of paprika
1 onion
180 grams of mushrooms
Directions
- Clean 600 grams of rump and cut into pieces;
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 spoons of olive oil;
- Add 1 dessert spoon of homemade seasoning (or crushed garlic and salt);
- Add meat;
- Let it gold;
- Tampe and let cook well until dry;
- Add 1 chopped onion;
- Add 1 teaspoon of paprika;
- Add 140 grams of tomato paste;
- Mix well;
- Add 2 tablespoons ketchup;
- Add 1 tablespoon mustard;
- Add 2 sour cream;
