1/2 chopped onion
50 grams of chopped bacon
240 grams of cooked black-eyed peas
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs (optional)
Directions
- In a processor or blender place the cooked beans, the chopped bacon, the chopped onion and beat until it forms a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a container and season with black pepper, oregano and salt to taste.
Then mix very well. - Shape the dumplings and leave them for 15 minutes at 200º₢ in the air fryer (air fryer) or dip them in breadcrumbs to fry in a pan with hot oil until golden.
