Ensure a successful aperitif with this delicious and practical bean muffin recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 50 grams of chopped bacon

  • 240 grams of cooked black-eyed peas

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Oregano to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Breadcrumbs (optional)

Directions

  • In a processor or blender place the cooked beans, the chopped bacon, the chopped onion and beat until it forms a dough.
  • Transfer the dough to a container and season with black pepper, oregano and salt to taste. 
    Then mix very well.
  • Shape the dumplings and leave them for 15 minutes at 200º₢ in the air fryer (air fryer) or dip them in breadcrumbs to fry in a pan with hot oil until golden.
  • Carefully remove the dumplings from the air or oil fryer, transfer them to a plate or platter and your bean fritter recipe is ready.
