2 bananas
Directions
- Cut the bananas into slices with the peel.
- Heat the water and when it boils add the bananas.
- Cook the bananas for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, cover and leave for another 10 minutes.
- Serve the banana tea still hot (take up to 1/2 liter per day, for up to 15 days).
