Banana Fit Cookies (No Sugar)

Make these sugar-free banana muffins for a tasty and convenient snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fine oat bran

  • 1 silver banana

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • Cinnamon powder to taste

  • Chocolate chips

  • Banana to decorate

Directions

  • Mash the bananas very well with a fork in a bowl. 
    Add the egg and mix well.
  • Add the fine oat bran, the chocolate drops and mix very well with a spoon or whisk.
  • Add the baking powder and mix to homogenize. 
    Then evenly distribute into cupcake molds and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Decorate with small pieces of banana over the dumplings if you prefer and place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ to bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pan with the banana fritters, wait for them to cool to room temperature and they are ready to serve.
