Make your banana fit cake following the step-by-step preparation method and using the ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup oats (fine flakes)

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (tea)

  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon powder

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 
    Grease and flour a 20 cm diameter cake tin.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher.
  • Add eggs and coconut oil and mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon and baking powder.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.

Notes

  • To make the cake more moist, add 1/2 cup (tea) of natural yogurt or kefir.
  • To make the cake sweeter, add 1/4 cup (tea) of honey or brown sugar.
  • You can add other ingredients to the dough, such as dried fruit, nuts or chopped chocolate.
