Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams

  • 2 cups (tea) of chopped earth banana 350 grams

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of grated onion 95 grams

  • 1/2 tablespoon grated garlic 9 grams

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup (tea) of yellow corn flour 110 grams

  • 1 good pinch of black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 6 grams

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives 16 grams

Directions

  • In a skillet, add 1/4 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams;
  • Add 2 cups banana;
  • Turn on medium heat;
  • Fry until golden brown;
  • Book the banana;
  • Add 1/4 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams in the skillet;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of grated onion 95 grams;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add half a tablespoon of grated garlic;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add half a shallow spoon of salt;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of yellow corn flour 110 grams;
  • Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • Mix for 3 minutes;

  • Add 2 tablespoons (soup) of finely chopped parsley 6 grams;
  • Add 2 tablespoons (soup) of finely chopped chives 16 grams;
  • Mix;
