3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon powdered yeast

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.Â
Grease a cake tin with a little oil or butter and sprinkle with flour. - In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
