Ingredients
75 ml of oil
120 ml of warm milk
200 ml of boiling water
500 grams of sour starch
1 tablespoon salt or to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add the manioc flour, the boiling water and when it cools, mix it with your hands until you get a crumbly consistency.
- Add the oil, salt and add the warm milk little by little while stirring until smooth.
- Take it to a smooth and clean countertop and beat the dough for approximately 10 minutes.
- Model the dough on the bench in a cylindrical shape and stick the ends, thus forming the thread.
- Place the dough in a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for about 40 minutes.
- Remove the sprinkle roll from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit and the recipe is ready to eat.
