Ingredients
1 liter of milk
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1/2 cup grated coconut (optional)
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
Directions
- In a pan, melt the sugar until it forms a caramel.
- Pour the caramel into the pudding mold.
- In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, sugar, wheat flour, grated coconut and grated cheese (if using).
- Pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel.
- Bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour or until the pudding is baked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Unmold the pudding and serve.
