Ingredients

  • Syrup
  • Sugar 2 cups (360g)

  • Water 1/2 cup (120 mL)

  • Pudding
  • Egg 5 units

  • Sugar 2 cups (360g)

  • Butter or margarine 2 tbsp (40g)

  • Milk 1 liter

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (180g)

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp (5 mL) optional

Directions

  • Syrup
  • In a pan on the fire, add Sugar 2 cups (360g);
  • Mix and let it melt;
  • Add Water 1/2 cup (120 mL);
  • Mix until completely dissolved and leave in the fire for another 2 minutes;
  • Transfer the syrup to a roast;
  • Pudding
  • In a blender, add Eggs 5 units;
  • Add Sugar 2 cups (360g);
  • Add Butter or margarine 2 tbsp (40g);
  • Beat well;
  • Add Milk 1 liter;
  • Add 1 1/2 cup (180g) all-purpose flour;
  • Add Vanilla Essence 1 tsp (5 mL) optional;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer the mixture to shape;
  • Place in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes;
  • Your Bakery Pudding is ready!
