Simple and crunchy, these baked manioc flour cookies are a delicious option to eat in the morning or for an afternoon snack!

It’s impossible to try these baked sprinkle cookies and not want to do it again!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 200 grams of sweet sprinkle

  • 100 ml of water

  • 50 ml of oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Put the water, oil, salt to taste in a pan and heat until it boils. 
    Add a bowl with the sweet sprinkle and mix well. 
    Add the eggs and mix again until smooth.
  • Transfer the dough to a piping bag and mold the cookies in the way you prefer side by side on a greased baking sheet with a little oil.
  • Take the cookies to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 20 minutes, or until they are very dry and crispy.
  • Remove the baked manioc flour cookies from the oven, wait for them to cool at room temperature and the recipe is ready to eat.
