Ingredients
2 whole eggs
200 grams of sweet sprinkle
100 ml of water
50 ml of oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Put the water, oil, salt to taste in a pan and heat until it boils.
Add a bowl with the sweet sprinkle and mix well.
Add the eggs and mix again until smooth. - Transfer the dough to a piping bag and mold the cookies in the way you prefer side by side on a greased baking sheet with a little oil.
- Take the cookies to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 20 minutes, or until they are very dry and crispy.
- Remove the baked manioc flour cookies from the oven, wait for them to cool at room temperature and the recipe is ready to eat.
