Ingredients
2 bananas
1 teaspoon chemical baking powder
1 cup cornstarch or mimoso cornmeal
Directions
- Mash the bananas very well in a plate or bowl.
- Add the cornmeal or mimoso cornmeal and stir very well.
- Add the chemical baking powder to the dough and mix to aggregate.
- Model the dumplings with 2 spoons and place in a greased shape or with butter paper.
- Bake the dumplings for about 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢
