Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
Salt to taste
2 cans of sardines in oil (or natural), drained and mashed
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
Parsley and chives to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for sautéing

- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a frying pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion until it becomes transparent.
