Ingredients
500g ground meat (can be beef, pork or chicken)
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil

Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped green chives (cilantro and chives)
4 French loaves (or another type of round, soft bread)
Directions
- In a pan, heat the oil or olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the ground beef and sauté until it is cooked through and starting to brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté for a few more minutes until they start to break down.
- Season with salt, black pepper and other seasonings to taste, such as cumin or paprika, if desired.
- Lastly, add the chopped green chilli and mix well.
- Cut the bread in half horizontally and remove some of the crumb, forming a hole in the center of each half.
- Fill the holes in the buns with the seasoned ground meat.
- Serve immediately while hot.
