This circumstance, detailed in the summary of the case revealed on Wednesday, adds political dynamite in the most complicated week that Juan Manuel Moreno’s Executive can remember.
In a UCO report contained in the summary of the case, to which this media has had access, the economic relations between the RFEF, the construction company and contractor Gruconsa (in which the brother of a close collaborator of Rubiales was a director) are detailed. ) and Dismatec Sport, a company linked to Francisco Javier Martín Alcaide, Nene, a close friend of the former president of the RFEF. This company, whose main source of income is billing to Gruconsa (53.36% of the total), is one of the main partners of the GRX company, “in which different directors/collaborators of the RFEF participate,” according to the researchers. .

The agents point to three agreements between the then Ministry of Education and Sports and the RFEF for the celebration of the 2021 Super Cup (semifinals in Malaga and Córdoba, final in Seville), 24 national team matches of various categories between 2021 and 2024 and final of the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Copa del Rey finals in Seville. In total, Gruconsa received 3,671,030 euros from the RFEF and the Cartuja stadium between May 31 and November 12, 2021. For its part, Dismatec received 530,000 euros from Gruconsa. All these funds came, directly or indirectly, from the Junta de Andalucía.
Works in seven days for the Cartuja
These agreements involved the total disbursement of 14 million euros of public money from the Andalusian budget, supposedly destined for the adaptation of the stadiums (with several successful bidders, not just Gruconsa) and the sponsorship of the team in its matches in Andalusia. 9,615,000 euros was the cost of the three agreements (Copa del Rey, Super Cup and lower categories) and, as this media revealed, 4.9 million euros were extracted from the allocation destined for nursery schools and channeled to works. in La Cartuja in order to prepare it for the 2020 Euro Cup, after subsidizing the company La Cartuja, a public company owned 40% by the Junta de Andalucía (Ministry of Tourism), State Heritage (25%), City Council and Provincial Council of Seville (13% each), Real Betis and Sevilla FC.

The “technical advice” of the RFEF
Another fact that adds mystery to the awards is the supposed existence of a technical advisory agreement between the RFEF and the Estadio la Cartuja company, whose theoretical purpose was to establish the guidelines for the adaptation works to adjust them to UEFA criteria.
