Homemade whipped cream is very easy to make and is much tastier than store-bought whipped cream.
To make homemade whipped cream you will need:

1 can of chilled full cream milk (35% fat)
2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
Directions
- Remove the cream from the fridge for a few minutes before whipping.
This will help warm it up a bit and make it easier to beat. - Place the cream in a mixer and beat on high speed for about 5 minutes, or until it is very firm and fluffy.
- If desired, add sugar and beat for a few more minutes.
- Use the whipped cream immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
