Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
1 cup cornstarch (tea)
Oil for greasing the mold
300 g dried plums with pits (about 2 cups)
2½ cups (tea) of water
¾ cup (tea) sugar
1 bunch of cinnamon
Directions
- In a pan, mix the milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and cornstarch.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and pour into an oiled pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Unmold the dish and serve with the plum syrup.
