Ingredients
500 grams of granulated tapioca
1.5 liters of milk
1 glass of coconut milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of sugar
Dehydrated grated coconut to taste
Directions
- In a container, place the granulated tapioca and milk.
Mix well. - Then add the coconut milk, condensed milk and sugar.
Mix again. - Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with butter or oil.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold the pudding and serve with grated coconut to taste.
