Tapioca pudding is a Brazilian dessert made with granulated tapioca, milk, coconut milk, condensed milk and sugar. It’s a creamy and tasty dessert, with a touch of coconut.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of granulated tapioca

  • 1.5 liters of milk

  • 1 glass of coconut milk

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • Dehydrated grated coconut to taste

Directions

  • In a container, place the granulated tapioca and milk. 
    Mix well.
  • Then add the coconut milk, condensed milk and sugar. 
    Mix again.
  • Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with butter or oil.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the mold.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Unmold the pudding and serve with grated coconut to taste.
