You can prepare it at home or buy it ready-made.
If you choose to make it at home, simply mix the ingredients in a container and spread the paste over the French bread.
Then, place in the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Ingredients
6 French breads
1 small jar of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 not very full tablespoon of oregano
1/2 cup chopped green chilli tea
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a container mix the mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, green chilli, salt and pepper and set aside.
 - Make horizontal cuts in the French bread to form small slices (about 4), but without separating them from each other (as with purchased garlic bread).
 - Spread the garlic paste on each slice of bread, being careful not to spill it on the table.
 - Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over each bread.
 - Place the bread in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
 - Serve immediately.
