The pie is made with a simple dough of flour, milk, egg and yeast. 
The filling is made with sausages, onions, tomatoes and other ingredients to taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 package of boiled sausages (400g)

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, oil, eggs, salt and yeast. 
    Beat until a homogeneous mass forms.
  • In another bowl, mix the sausages, onion, tomato, salt and pepper.
  • Grease a 24 cm diameter round pan.
  • Pour half of the batter into the pan.
  • Place the filling over the dough.
  • Cover with the remaining dough.
  • Bake in a medium oven (180°C) for around 30 minutes, or until golden.
