The filling is made with sausages, onions, tomatoes and other ingredients to taste.
Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 package of boiled sausages (400g)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, oil, eggs, salt and yeast.
Beat until a homogeneous mass forms. - In another bowl, mix the sausages, onion, tomato, salt and pepper.
- Grease a 24 cm diameter round pan.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan.
- Place the filling over the dough.
- Cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake in a medium oven (180°C) for around 30 minutes, or until golden.
