Ingredients
1/2 kg of ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup wheat flour or breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasonings to taste (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, wheat flour or breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and seasonings to taste.
- Knead well until it forms a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the dumplings into the desired size.
- Fry the dumplings in hot oil until golden.
- Drain the dumplings on paper towels.
- Serve the dumplings hot or cold.
