Fluffy banana cake is a classic and delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion. 
It is made with ripe bananas, which give an irresistible flavor and aroma. 
The cake is also very easy to make, and can be prepared in a blender or with a mixer.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) sugar

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 4 mashed ripe bananas

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Grease and flour a 25 cm (10 inch) round cake pan.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are creamy and light.
  • Add the oil and milk and beat until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Add to wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Finally, add the mashed bananas and mix gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
