Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)
1 can of whole milk (395 grams)
1 box of cream (200 grams)
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of sugar
Directions
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, milk and egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. - Remove from heat and stir in the cream.
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the milk mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an oiled pudding mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
