4 eggs
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 cup (tea) oil
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease and flour a 24 cm pan.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy, light cream.
- Add the oil and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the flour and yeast.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix gently until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Finally, add the chopped strawberries and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
