Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1 cup (tea) oil

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and flour a 24 cm pan.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy, light cream.
  • Add the oil and mix well.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour and yeast.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix gently until a homogeneous dough forms.
  • Finally, add the chopped strawberries and mix gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
