Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 glass of natural yogurt

  • ½ cup of oil

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and flour a large cake pan.
  • In a blender, beat the eggs, yogurt, oil and sugar for 5 minutes, or until a very creamy mixture forms.
  • Add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
