Ingredients
4 eggs
1 glass of natural yogurt
½ cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease and flour a large cake pan.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, yogurt, oil and sugar for 5 minutes, or until a very creamy mixture forms.
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
