Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 1 cup of oil

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Wash and peel the carrots.
  • In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs and oil until a homogeneous cream is formed.
  • In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and baking powder.
  • Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
