Ingredients
2 large mangoes (about 500g)
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1 can of cream (200g)
12g unflavored colorless gelatin
Water to hydrate the gelatin
Directions
- Hydrate the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water for 5 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the hydrated gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly, until it dissolves completely.
- Set the gelatin aside to cool slightly.
- In a blender, blend the mangoes cut into pieces with the condensed milk and cream until smooth.
- Add the cooled gelatin and beat again until well mixed.
- Pour the mousse into glasses or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
