This Mango Mousse is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 large mangoes (about 500g)

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 can of cream (200g)

  • 12g unflavored colorless gelatin

  • Water to hydrate the gelatin

Directions

  • Hydrate the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water for 5 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat the hydrated gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly, until it dissolves completely.
  • Set the gelatin aside to cool slightly.
  • In a blender, blend the mangoes cut into pieces with the condensed milk and cream until smooth.
  • Add the cooled gelatin and beat again until well mixed.
  • Pour the mousse into glasses or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
