It’s a simple and quick recipe to make, and the result is a soft and tasty cake, with a light cheese flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 cups of sweet cassava starch

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of grated cheese (could be mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, etc.)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk and oil.
  • In another bowl, mix the sweet cassava starch and salt.
  • Gradually add the tapioca mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Lastly, add the grated cheese and mix gently.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is baked.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
