Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large apples, peeled and chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease and flour a 30cm cake tin. - In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and apple peels until smooth.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Add the blender mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Add the chopped apples and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before serving.
