Ingredients
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
100 g cold butter
1/2 cup (tea) cream
1 teaspoon of salt
2 leek stalks
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
300 ml of milk
4 eggs
100 g grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter and salt.
- Add the cream and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Wash and chop the leek into thin slices.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the leek for 5 minutes, or until wilted.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Pour in the milk little by little, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Parmesan cheese.
- Add the leek filling and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the dough and line a quiche mold.
- Pour the filling into the dough.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden.
