Ingredients
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
2 cups of milk (tea)
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the blender and, with a spoon, mix the flour that stuck to the glass.
- Beat again just to mix and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Place a ladle of batter in the pan and spread it out using a spatula.
- Let the pancake brown on one side, approximately 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and let it brown on the other side, approximately 1 minute.
- Remove the pancake from the pan and repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
