Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups (240g) wheat flour

  • 1 cup (240ml) sugar

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • Frying oil

  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

Directions

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they form a light and fluffy cream.
  • Add the milk and mix well.
  • Add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
  • Heat the oil in a pan or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Using a spoon, place small portions of dough into the hot oil.
  • Fry the dumplings until golden on all sides.
  • Remove the dumplings from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  • Sprinkle the dumplings with sugar and powdered cinnamon and serve.
