Chocolate pudding is a creamy and delicious dessert, made with condensed milk, milk, eggs and chocolate powder. It is a classic dessert that pleases all palates.

Chocolate pudding can be served with caramel sauce, chocolate sprinkles or whipped cream. 
It can also be served as a dessert or as breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200g) sugar

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) water

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup (100g) chocolate powder

Directions

  • To make the syrup, place the sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it melts and turns golden.
  • Add the hot water and continue stirring until the sugar lumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • To make the dough, blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into the caramelized mold and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before unmolding.
