Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk (400 g)

  • 1 can of milk (400 ml)

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar

  • 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and flour a medium pan.
  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients, starting with the liquid ones and then the dry ones.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden.
  • Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
