Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk (400 g)
1 can of milk (400 ml)
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease and flour a medium pan.
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients, starting with the liquid ones and then the dry ones.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden.
- Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
