Ingredients
200 g spaghetti noodles
1/2 cup diced bacon
1/4 cup of white wine
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same frying pan, add the white wine and let it boil for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, yolks, parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the egg sauce.
- Add the bacon and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
