Ingredients
1 kg of medium shrimp, cleaned
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 can of peas
1 can of green corn
1 pot of cream cheese
1 box of cream
200 g grated mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink. - Add the peas, corn, cottage cheese and cream.
Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. - Turn off the heat and add the grated mozzarella cheese.
Mix until the cheese melts. - Serve immediately.
