Ingredients
500 g of sour cassava starch
200 ml of boiling water
150 ml oil at room temperature
5 eggs
salt to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca starch and salt.
- Add the boiling water and mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Add the oil and eggs, one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- Place the dough in a piping bag and shape the cookies on a greased or baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, or until golden.
