200 g spaghetti noodles
100 g diced bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the bacon.
- Add the egg and cheese mixture and stir well until the sauce coats all the pasta.
- Serve immediately.
