Brigadeirão is a very popular dessert in Brazil and is served at parties, family gatherings and even in everyday life. 
It’s a dessert that pleases everyone, children and adults.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 3 eggs

  • Chocolate sprinkles to decorate (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium temperature).
  • Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  • In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, chocolate powder, sugar, butter and eggs until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place in the oven to bake in a bain-marie for about 1 hour, or until the brigadeirão is firm in the center.
  • Remove the brigadeirão from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding.
  • Decorate with chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
