Ingredients
1 cup granulated tapioca
1 cup of milk (tea)
2 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) sugar
1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the granulated tapioca with the milk.
Let it rest for 30 minutes, or until the tapioca absorbs all the milk. - In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the egg mixture.
Mix well. - Add the hydrated tapioca to the egg and flour mixture.
Mix until smooth. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake in a medium oven, preheated to 180°C, for around 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
