Blender banana cake is a fluffy and tasty cake, with a light banana aroma. 
It’s a great option for breakfast, a snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

  • 7 bananas

Directions

  • In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil until smooth.
  • Add the wheat flour and chemical yeast and beat for a few more seconds.
  • Turn off the blender and add the chopped bananas. 
    Beat for a few more seconds to incorporate.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Notes

  • For a moister cake, use very ripe bananas.
  • You can add other ingredients to the dough, such as chocolate, nuts, chestnuts or coconut.
  • For a cake with a crispier texture, bake in a high oven for about 20 minutes.
