Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

  • 2 cups of sugar (cottage cheese)

  • 2 cups (cottage cheese) of wheat flour

  • 1 glass (curd) of milk

  • 1 level spoon of baking powder

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes, or until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Grease and flour a cake pan.
  • Pour the dough into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 40 minutes, or until the cake is baked.
  • Unmold the cake and serve.

Notes

  • For a fluffier cake, beat the eggs and sugar until they form a fluffy, light cream.
  • Add the flour little by little, beating constantly.
  • Do not overmix the batter as this can make the cake heavy.
  • To check if the cake is baked, insert a toothpick into the center. 
  • If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready.
