Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tablespoons margarine
2 cups of sugar (cottage cheese)
2 cups (cottage cheese) of wheat flour
1 glass (curd) of milk
1 level spoon of baking powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes, or until the dough is homogeneous.
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
- Pour the dough into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 40 minutes, or until the cake is baked.
- Unmold the cake and serve.
Notes
- For a fluffier cake, beat the eggs and sugar until they form a fluffy, light cream.
- Add the flour little by little, beating constantly.
- Do not overmix the batter as this can make the cake heavy.
- To check if the cake is baked, insert a toothpick into the center.
- If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready.
