Ingredients

  • 1 package of lasagna pasta

  • 1 kilo of ground beef

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 can of tomato sauce

  • 1 sachet of ground meat seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 200 grams of grated mozzarella

  • 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add ground beef and stir until cooked through.
  • Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, ground beef seasoning, salt and black pepper. 
    Let it cook for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce is thick.
  • Meanwhile, cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  • In a refractory, place a layer of Bolognese sauce, followed by a layer of pasta. 
    Repeat the layers until the refractory is full, ending with a layer of sauce.
  • Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and parmesan over the last layer.
  • Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.

Notes

  • To make the lasagna creamier, you can add a little sour cream to the Bolognese sauce.
  • If you want, you can add other ingredients to the Bolognese sauce, such as ham, olives or bell pepper.
  • To finish the lasagna, you can also use other cheeses such as provolone or gorgonzola.
